Advertised prices do not include Shipping Costs. We deliver locally in El Paso or Miami. We use all shipping modes, according to your needs: small parcel, less than truck loads, and full truck loads.

Special Orders: Special orders require an advance payment of 30 percent or more depending on the level of customization of the product and additional shipping charges that may be incurred. No special order will be placed without a signed quote or purchase order. Special orders are non refundable/ Non returnable.
Hold Orders: All hold orders must be paid for in advance, and will only be held for a maximum of 30 Days. Hold orders that are cancelled will be charged a 25% re-handling fee.
EPCOM will refuse service and sale to any installer or distributor who fails to provide Excellent service to any end-user.
