Return Policy Restrictions

  1. Returns do not apply to transmission line segments and/or any type of cable.
  2. Returns do not apply to software or course/consulting materials.
  3. Equipment, parts and spare parts are subject to a maximum period of 45 days.
  4. Credit will be applied to your account for all returns. Money cannot be refunded.
  5. For returns, there is a minimum charge of 3% plus a merchandise classification fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  6. Special orders cannot be returned.
  7. Spare parts cannot be returned.
  8. Returns do not apply to material requested without technical consultation from EPCOM staff.
  9. A return label will be provided for returns within the U.S.

Merchandise Return Charge Table

Merchandise *A:

Published as: OPEN BOX / *A.

Conditions: Merchandise that has been used very lightly, in demos or displays. Non-original box or packaging, equipment used for display, testing, or simply programmed. Includes manual and installation accessories.

Return Charge: 20% of Sale/Offer Price.

Merchandise *B:

Published as: OPEN BOX / *B.

Conditions: Merchandise with noticeable prior use but functioning correctly. No original box, but the user gets a product with the same features and specs as new. Example: Equipment used for several months, or refurbished. Scratches and scuffs are visible. Includes vital accessories.

Return Charge: 35% of Sale/Offer Price.

Merchandise *C:

Published as: OPEN BOX / *C.

Conditions: Noticeably damaged merchandise. Vital functions work correctly. Non-vital functions may fail. May have cracks, missing buttons. Contains limited vital accessories for operation.

Return Charge: 65% of Sale/Offer Price

Merchandise *D:

Published as: Broken or Damaged Equipment / For Showroom and Display.

Conditions: Merchandise that does not work. Totally damaged electronically, no noticeable external physical damage, cracks or repairs, but presentable for demonstration. Includes accessories for display only.

Return Charge: 95% of Sale/Offer Price

Merchandise *R:

Conditions: Rental equipment. Basic rental equipment with characteristics similar to *A or *B equipment.

Outlet/Liquidation Merchandise:

Merchandise marked as Outlet or Liquidation may have a variety of classification rates depending on the condition and performance of each item. By nature of the outlet/liquidation section, these are unsold demos, used items or new but obsolete technology. No returns on outlet/liquidation merchandise.
