Return Merchandise Authorization
Dear Customer
We require an RMA number for better control of the products to be sent to warranty or repair. Please fill in the following questionnaire.
RMA= Return Merchandise Authorization
1. We do not accept returns on cut cable, software and licenses, spare parts, and special order items.
2. We do not accept returns on merchandise past 45 days from the invoice date.
3. You can choose between credit to your account or a reimbursement.
4. Used items will incur a 20% restocking fee.
5. Repairs will incur a repair fee. We will ask you to authorize the repair quote before proceeding.
