With the latest in Wi-Fi 6 technologies, and access to new 6 GHz bands, the B6x achieves extremely low latency with speeds of up to 3.0 Gbps and high reliability with noise fighting features.
Robust Design and Ease of Monitoring
Monitor link health effortlessly with the Mimosa Management Platform, which provides instant assessments and problem identification. The ultra-rugged, carrier-grade IP67 design ensures the B6x withstands the harshest environmental conditions.
Going the Distance
The Mimosa Design Tool streamlines planning and validating PTP and PTMP deployments with a few clicks on a map. This intuitive tool simplifies connectivity evaluation by using visual aids like terrain elevation to estimate performance and reliability, automatically accounting for factors such as weather and tree clutter.
Flexible Antenna Options
The Mimosa's X-Series of products are the industry’s most versatile, modular, radio solutions with six gain options (8, 12, 16, 20, 25, or 30 dBi). The ultra-rugged solution provides extended frequency operation from 4.9–6.4 GHz, with best-in-class noise immunity.

Can the B6x base radio at 8 dBi be used without an antenna?
Yes. You can use the base B6x 8 dBi radio without an antenna for short distance links. Please remove the locking screw from the twist-on screws to serve as a drain hole.
What distances are supported for B6x links?
This depends on the antenna size and regulatory power settings. The B6x and all the X-series (N5-X) antenna options are available in Mimosa’s Design Tool. It’s free and very easy to model a PTP link, give it a try at: https://cloud.mimosa.co
Do all N5-X antennas work with the B6x?
Currently the B6x works with Mimosa's N5X 12, 16, 20, and 25 dBi antennas. For anything larger than the 25 dBi antenna, including Mimosa's N5-X30kp, the B6x will require (2) X2C waveguide adapters and (2) coaxial jumpers.
